Patrick Lewis Dowse (b.1994) is an editorial and documentary photographer from the North-East of England currently based in London. His clients include The Guardian Weekend, Monocle Magazine, and Escapist Magazine.

He is working on a range of long term projects from documenting working class heritage in his home region of County Durham to more local work photographing life in London and the surrounding area.

 

Working with portrait and landscape, he explores the impact of the social-economic change that occurred in the North-East of England in the mid-to-late 20th century and its impact on the area in the 21st century.

Patrick is currently assisting Chris Steele-Perkins.
